3. Low-maintenance Self-cleaning Design
KZCOD-210 has its own automatic self-cleaning system.
This effectively prevents dirt and contamination from getting onto the optical probe.
Even in the presence of very dirty wastewater, it still manages to perform well.
This type of self-cleaning design reduces the need for manual cleaning by over 80 percent.
Daily maintenance labor is thus reduced and there is no significant degradation of measurement accuracy in the long run.
This equipment does not require regular shutdown for maintenance and is ideal for unstaffed onsite monitoring in the wastewater treatment plants.
4. Packing & Shipping:
We wrap Self-Cleaning COD Sensor, Digital COD Probe, Online COD Monitoring Sensor, Industrial COD Analyzer and Automatic Cleaning COD Sensor with eco-friendly waterproof plastic film.
Anti-collision buffer layer and reinforced outer packing are added afterwards.
All finished goods are placed on eco-friendly fumigation-free pallets.
This method ensures all goods arrive safe and intact.
