It comes with built-in anti-fouling brush and RS485 interface.

3. Application & Working Conditions:
This is a municipal application for a wastewater treatment plant that includes an activated sludge tank and a secondary sedimentation tank.
Industrial sewage treatment, sludge thickening tank and sludge dewatering processes are also appropriate for this purpose.
Sludge pipelines concentration checking can be done with this equipment.
In areas of sediment monitoring within river and lake water bodies, the product will be available for this application.

Sludge concentration can be measured within the range of 0–10% and higher range may be offered upon request.
The working temperature for this model can range from 0–60℃.
Maximum working pressure is ≤0.6MPa.
Medium that can be adapted is in a pH range from 4 to 10.
Unsuitable Conditions
This is not a product that would be suitable for strongly acidic or alkaline mediums as these are pH environments below 2 and above 12.
This equipment should not be used in the presence of steam heated above 80℃.
Avoid using this product for mediums containing solid particles in large amounts as they can harm the cleaning parts.
Do not use this product in an explosive place without a certified explosion-proof product.

We add anti-collision layer and packing outside is strengthened afterwards.

We use environment-friendly plastic film to wrap Online sludge concentration sensor, MLSS sensor for wastewater, Self-cleaning TSS sensor, Industrial suspended solids sensor and Wastewater TSS sensor for waterproof protection.
We add anti-collision layer and strengthen outer packing afterwards.
All goods are placed on eco-friendly fumigation-free pallets, to guarantee complete and safe delivery.

Recommended Maintenance Schedule
Routine calibration can be done every 3–6 months, and can be adjusted according to actual site situation.
Make monthly visual inspection to check probe mechanical wear condition.
Users can set automatic cleaning cycle from 1–24 hours via control system.

Under normal sewage sludge environment, probe core can reach 3–5 years service life.
The built-in self-cleaning structure can raise overall sensor service life by 40%.
Longevity Tips
Do not place the sensor in over 60℃ high temperature or strong corrosive medium for long time.
