It comes with built-in anti-fouling brush and RS485 interface.

3. Application & Working Conditions:
Applied in municipal wastewater treatment plants, including activated sludge tank and secondary sedimentation tank.
Suitable for industrial sewage treatment, sludge thickening tank and dewatering process occasions.
Used for real-time concentration checking on sludge pipelines.
Also available for sediment monitoring in river and lake water areas.
Suitable Working Conditions
Sludge concentration can be used within 0–10%, and higher range can be customized.
Applicable working temperature ranges 0–60℃.
Max bearing pressure is ≤0.6MPa.
Adaptable medium pH value is between 4 and 10.
Unsuitable Conditions
Not for strong acid or alkali medium when pH＜2 or pH＞12.
Not allowed to use under high-temperature steam environment over 80℃.
Avoid medium with large solid particles that may damage the cleaning parts.
Do not apply in explosive places without explosion-proof certification.

We use environment-friendly plastic film to wrap Online sludge concentration sensor, MLSS sensor for wastewater, Self-cleaning TSS sensor, Industrial suspended solids sensor and Wastewater TSS sensor for waterproof protection.
We add anti-collision layer and strengthen outer packing afterwards.
All goods are placed on eco-friendly fumigation-free pallets, to guarantee complete and safe delivery.

Recommended Maintenance Schedule
Routine calibration can be done every 3–6 months, and can be adjusted according to actual site situation.
Make monthly visual inspection to check probe mechanical wear condition.
Users can set automatic cleaning cycle from 1–24 hours via control system.
Service Life
Under normal sewage sludge environment, probe core can reach 3–5 years service life.
The built-in self-cleaning structure can raise overall sensor service life by 40%.
Longevity Tips
Do not place the sensor in over 60℃ high temperature or strong corrosive medium for long time.
Regular calibration helps keep measurement accuracy stable in long run.
